Otter Crest

We enjoyed a nice weekend visit to
Otter Crest near Lincoln City, Oregon. Ethan loved exploring the beaches. We played jump
rope with the giant long cord looking things
(I still don't know what they are after all
these years being on the Oregon coast). Jon exploring with Ethan.

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool
at the resort as well. Best of both worlds.

Pride Rock
{Lion King anyone?}

The kids loved getting sprayed by the waves.
Those are thousands of tiny clam things that
cover the rocks in the tidpool area.
They felt so weird to walk on.

We love exploring the tidpools at low tide.We also enjoyed hiking inside Devil's Punchbowl at low tide.
