Today Shaylin and Zachary were ready for school a little early. They noticed the dew on the trampoline and wanted to try "skating" on it. It made me smile to see them sliding around enjoying themselves.
Our garden makes me smile, especially each time I go out and pick something from it. Some of the things are coming to the end of their season in this picture, but it's been a fruitful year.
Here is a sampling of some of the things we've grown: corn, green onions, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans, peas, & spaghetti squash. Things not pictured are strawberries, bell peppers, butternut squash, watermelon, & mini pumpkins. It's been a good harvest this year.
This picture would probably warm any mother's heart. Seeing my son diligently reading his scriptures while snuggling with JoJo definitely makes me smile. I really have been blessed with good children.
