Hailey asked if she could change Ethan's diaper and get him dressed. She is the first of the kids to offer this. Here's how it went.

Hailey really is my right hand helper and has a lot of mothering instincts in her. It's great to have her help.

And I love Ethan's chub! So adorable.
Could I hire Hailey for a while please? For some reason my boys don't ASK if they can do such things....
