Tooth Fairy Please Help

Dear Tooth Fairy,

Zachary lost yet another tooth while we were eating at Applebees. He almost swallowed it, but then put it safely on a small plate in the far corner of our table. After eating he excused himself to the restroom. He took a while in there. In fact, he was gone so long that the waiter finally came and cleared our table. We forgot about the tooth until Zachary emerged from the restroom wondering where the plate had gone. I quickly asked the waiter about it and of course the tooth was long gone by then. (So sorry son!) We consoled Zachary by telling him that the Tooth Fairy would probably still leave some money if he explained what happened. He did leave the sweetest note. However, Ms. Tooth Fairy, despite his sadness and his sweet note, you forgot to come two nights in a row! Could you please put it on the top of your list tonight?
