The National Marrow Donor registry is doing donor screenings for FREE! From now until June 22nd (or until their funding runs out), you can register on their page and send away for a sample kit. Even you people that hate needles have no excuse, because all you have to do is swab your cheek. Easy peasy. You could save a life! Do it right now while you're thinking about it. Thank you, Heidi V., for alerting me.

Thanks for the heads up. I signed up for it!
Yay! Thank you for sharing! I've wanted to register for at least 10 years...a marrow transplant saved my first ballet teacher's life when she had leukemia. My swabs are on the way. Hooray!
This is great!
I just signed up! Thanks for the info :)
Rob is here to enjoy the birth of his first grandchild because of a bone marrow transplant 22 years ago. He was blessed to have a brother who was a perfect match. That same brother needed a transplant of his own last summer and received the marrow from a lady in Europe. Signing up is an awesome thing to do.
