2 Week Old Chicks

These little gals are changing so fast, it's amazing. Except for Goldie. She doesn't look like she is growing in size very much. She is sprouting wing and tail feathers, but seems to be just a little bigger than when we got her two weeks ago. Phyllis and Penny are definitely the biggest and growing the fastest. Penny broke two of her toes on her left side. We're not sure how, but it's very apparent and completely crooked and curled. She doesn't seem affected by it and can still walk normally. If anyone knows anything about this, let us know. I've researched some and asked the feed store, but no one claims to have really seen this before. There's got to be something out there.
It's really amazing to see the size difference when they are right next to each other. You can really see the other chicks growth compared to Goldie.
For weekly size comparisons, here are the links to 1 Week Old and New Chicks.

Poor Penny. She needs a "hug". And Goldie could use a large milkshake. I suppose these aren't the most appropriate cures but I can't seem to come up with anything better at moment. They're just too cute. ;)
