The kids got into the spirit of Cinco De Mayo by putting on sombreros and finding the CD with the "Mexican Hat Dance" song on it. Too funny. Ethan loved all the jumping around with Daddy.
We enjoyed having some lettuce bean roll ups and Enchiladas. Happy Cinco De Mayo!
